So here is a team with Gazza back in $36,500 left

I like the team don't get me wrong but I just think the MIDS are too strong... every year I start with s similar structure and yes, by round 5-6 I'm in the top 100, but by round 14-15 due to not having the best rookies and having too many from DEF/FWD who take longer to max out, all the teams have overtaken me.

You could potentially have Salem, Hogan and Clarke all score sub 50 - night be okay at first - but it'll take you longer to trade them to a premium. Or you'll be forced to use an extra trade, it'll haunt you down the track.

The season is 23 rounds long, not just 5 :)

I'd personally go Selwood --> Sheed, Daniel --> Franklin/Swan
