Heppell had a great year playing and in fantasy. He has a few low scores but gained some consistency this season and I expect next season for him to go better. He would be a lock to start with if he wasn`t competing for a spot in starting teams with more seasoned players like Joel Selwood for example but if you are looking for a what could be a nice pod then Heppell would be your man.

yeah might be an upgrade target
This.

Couldn't see myself starting with him. Could be a POD mid season.

Spinking

Probably not likely to pick him first up, but got a feeling he may start to produce the consistent 100+ scores that he is capable of.

And your 2015 Brownlow medallist is...

Joel Selwood

wrong thread Jukes

Southstorm

I'm seriously considering starting him. He might finish the season as my M5-M8 but Hep is generally very consistent and I think there could be other players more likely to lose more value in the first half of the season.

I think he'd be an upgrade target for me. Wanna see how he goes with Watson playing again, as he really dominated when Jobe was injured

Slim Don

Definitely not an upgrade target  IMO. He's priced at a 106 ave, surely as an upgrade candidate you would want an ave of 110+ from him, unless u are banking on him getting injured at some point, which seems unlikely given his injury history, therefore u forego the value of having him from the get go.

If he shows he can go 110+, I'll trade him in. If he doesn't due to Watson playing alongside him the entire year, then I won't.

Unfortunately gun midfielder Dyson Heppell will have minor surgery on his knee.
Dr. Reid says Heppell has some loose cartilage in his knee that needs to be removed.
Heppell is expected to be back in full training in two weeks.
