Let's flowering do this.

Only 11k left. Have gone with expensive rookies/rookie priced players in the mids, so hopefully if some of those cheaper ones start, can turn Crouch into Redden or better. Obviously lacks a little bit of baldness, could potentially turn Mitchell or Goddard into a forward rook and bring Gaz into the mids, but don't want to make the forwards too weak. Thoughts?

Sound Structure GL

No matter what structure we use one line will be a little weaker than others so gwyg on structures that suit you.

Not sure on Acres though but you have options if he is not named,

Would sit on this team till NAB cup and Round 1.

Yeah, have purposely gone with the more expensive rookies/rookie priced players so that I can easily make changes once round 1 comes around

Waters is a big risk in this format but I guess his price means there is also a big reward, I guess you haven't got many other injury prone players.

I'm not sure about Crouch, he has upside but at his price I'm wanting someone more proven. You could do that by as Ringo said trading Acres for one of the cheaper rookies (Boekhurst?) that is named round 1.

I prefer Brodie Smith or Newnes to Kelly in defence, think Kelly is past his best and the other two are on the way up.

Otherwise looks good!

Yeah went Acres to Boekhurst last night actually, and Crouch to Redden (no bias i swear :P)
Kelly was more of a placeholder anyway, just switched him for Smith now, and have 40k left.
If I go Lever to someone like McKenzie, I think I'd have enough to go Redden or Heppell to Gaz...

DEF: Pretty solid mate. Like the risk of the Seedsman pick and your premos. Only thing you'll need keep an eye on is D6. You may need to free up some cash to grab someone like Whitecross.
MIDS: Again strong. Premo's are fine. I'm not sold on Crouch at that price because he has to turn into a premo or it will be a fail, but some are so nothing wrong with taking that risk. Rookies are fine at this stage but also consider Brayshaw, Vanderberg, Dummond, Boekhorst.
RUCKS: Love the Maric pick, I have him as well. Don't discount Krooz at 333k
FWDS: this line is perfect mate, nothing wrong here at all

Yeah if no rookies come up in defence, might go Goldy to Kreuzer, and bring in someone like WhiteX
Crouch is now Redden, although may be able to get the cash to bring in Gaz...Boekhurst is now in, and Vandenburg + Drummond would likely make my team if they're named round 1, particularly Vandenburg
Yeah will definitely consider Kreuz if I need some cash

A cheaper ruck at R2 could get you a stronger D6 or another premo in the mids. A solid side with only the one whole in it being D6 but we won't know whether we can plug this up till the NAB challenge starts in a couple of weeks.

I'd sit on this side until the NAB challenge matches.

Yeah it's looking more and more likely that Goldy will become Kreuzer tbh, haven't decided where I'd use the cash yet though
