Cookie Monster

This is my first go and still unsure on the midpriced/rookies that are bound to shine this season.

Defenders: Kade Simpson, Michael Hibberd, Grant Birchall, Trent McKenzie, Gary Rohan, Beau Waters (Goddard, Newman)

Midfielders: Gary Ablett, Dyson Heppell, Travis Boak, Brett Deledio, Jack Steven, Angus Brayshaw, Blaine Boekhorst, Nathan Freeman (Laverd, Steele, Wagner)

Rucks: Paddy Ryder, Matthew Leuenburger (Brooksby)

Forwards: Brendan Goddard, Dane Swan, Jack Ziebell, Chad Wingard, Patrick McCartin, Cristian Petracca (Hogan, Lamb)

First go i believe it's alright but I just know there is room for improvement.

Definitely a POD team, lots of players in there you won't see in many others, I've bolded players I think are worth re-thinking

Not that sold on Ziebell or The Chad either...

McKenzie doesn't really play a SC friendly role and I think the addition of Malceski at the suns is only going to hurt that. I think he's one to steer clear of.
Rohan will play but I just don't see him going anywhere so he just stagnates in that spot
Steven - don't think any saints guns are worth picking up, rather pick up cheaper players there, and in Steven's case he had one standout year in 2013 where he averaged 110, other than that he's never gone over 90. Not something you want clogging your midfield.

Birch, Boak and Ryder are all slightly risky picks but could do the business, Lids I think if you're picking him it should be up front, though if your plan is to swap him in there later then I guess that's ok. Just that he wont score well enough to be a gun mid.
