Went big down back from lack of rookies.
Think selwood and green will be great picks for next year - same as nicnat
then went the classic guns and rookies for the forward line...

Mainly wonder if i should go either:
sidebum - beams
Martin - delidio

Your side is too risky for mine, three key forwards in the forward line (Membry Clark and Hogan) with no guarantees any of them will play week to week.

Nic Nat has never been a DT Stud (supercoach only) been in the media alot and that's about all (from a WCE fan!)

Mids: both Selwood and Van Berlo coming back from serious injuries.

Whitecross is still not up and going so has missed a large chunk of pre season, coupled with Waters who hasn't played in 2 years! I think waters is a lock in most sides but Whitecross wont get it done for you I don't think.

In saying that fortune favours the brave mate!!!!

I think your team is very good. A good mix of premos, break out season, guns returning to the league and potential cheap players (cant really call a lot of them rookies, as so many of them are so overpriced.)

Backs, Simpson Hibberd are good, Hertia will be solid with his move to melb. Waters, ibbo and whitecross coming back from injury should all play well. Its just whether they will all play round 1. i hope they do. i like your bench cover, but it is a lot of money to have on the bench, i would downgrade here and spend the money elsewhere.

Mids. Ablett, Sidey, green, stanton are all great, with the last 3 being unique as well. S Selwood coming back from injury, would be fine, and before last years season he was the 3rd highest priced player or something silly, so has a massive upside if he is up and playing round 1. NVB has no tagging role and should increase in value substantially, that said he was never a huge points scorer. Freeman and newton are in similar quandaries, as they are both not into the team and play a similar role to lots of other players in their team. If they can get in, we will all have them in our teams. Solid bench of potential..

Rucks. Kruzer is a lock (either him or leuy/ bellchambers) Nic nat is a solid 60-80 each week, but you could get the aforementioned players who will average the same. Solid bench.

Forwards. martin, goddard, swan are fantastic, and will be in most teams. hogan membery and Clark should be ok, just not sure if they will all be playing round 1, and they wont be the main targets up forward for their teams, meaning they wont get too many points maybe. bench cover in Silvia IMO wont play round 1, and will struggle to get into the team. Reid reinjured himself again i thought, though his potential is an upside

Thanks for the feedback!

I agree that it may be a risky team, maybe even too risky.. ive decided to downgrade nicnat to burger and then upgraded sylvia to titchell...

Squad looks a lot better with 4 forwards rather than 3..

Solid backline apart from the bench since having Goddard sitting there is chewing up a sizable amount of cash and Scharenberg is injured until mid season. Solid in the mids as well with a few good unique options there, no qualms here.

How much do you expect of Naitanui? with the departure of Cox he should increase his average, although given his inconsistent scoring I would look elsewhere.

Finally having 3 rookie key forwards starting on the field is a dangerous move, I would pick Clark and one of the others. Also Reid is garbage when it comes to AF scoring so pick another rookie, unless you've got him as a temporary placeholder.

Scharenberg and Scooter aren't fit. I wouldn't start them.
Sylvia won't be getting a game anytime soon, Freo are very unhappy with his preseason form.
Membrey, Hogan and Clark on the field is too risky/not great scoring potential/consistency.
Go Scooter to Rich, then upgrade Membrey to a breakout contender (Titchell, Kelly, Thomas, Crisp, Bennell, Adams)
