Nice team mate. Has a mix of premos and potential, which we are all looking for. only issue that i can see is that seedsman was in hospital the other day. And the talk was that he may not make round 1.

If Seedsman can't make r1 I'll free up the cash for Lumumba  :)

Cheers mate, I heard it was only 'precautionary surgery' for the long-term, but I agree with you and will be tracking his progress for pre-season etc.. Lumumba appears to be the best replacement candidate so I will have to be careful as half my back 6 have (or are developing) reputations for injury (i.e. Seedsman, Waters, Whitecross). I'll track all 3 to be sure

Salem -> Jack Martin
Barlow -> Luke Parker

leaves $8k (hence I will have to free up cash now for Lumumba  :-\)

I wouldn't bet on it, but I think Salem will be outscored by Jack Martin if he keeps getting the vest.

Going Salem -> Martin makes Barlow unobtainable and prevents me through having to go through the whole 'which super premium should I get dilemma' (Barlow, Jelwood, Hep D, JPK - there are just too many to choose from, it was hell haha). So in the end the players in the price bracket were Wines, Parker, Greene, & Fyfe and I find it a lot easier to choose between them than the aforementioned premiums.

I don't know whether Pendles will outscore Barlow, but I feel it is a safer starting option (will score similar)

Ultimately, Barlow > Parker but I like to have a risk/reward player in each position and Parker (along with Josh Kelly) provide my favourite investments for their respective positions  :)

If you are choosing between the two and money isn't an option, definitely go Barlow, if I had to predict Parker 100-108 (most probably 105ish) and Barlow +110 (more or less depending on how much Fyfe improves and Mundy succumbs to age). Both are consistent but Parker's weakness is that he gives away a lot of free kicks (obviously I'm hoping that changes this year)  :)
