Beau has to be one of the most unlucky players in the AFL.He is a gun when he is fit but his damn body just seems to be against him playing footy. After a very nice 2012 we all expected him to repeat if not go better in 2013 but was not to be as again his injuries ruined another season. The on going problems meant he missed season 2014 as well.He stepped down as VC of West Coast to concentrate on getting himself ready for season 2015.He has now got to the point where he`ll be getting his shoulder tested out to see if it can handle the rigors of and AFL match and the impacts involved. There is no question he is a very capable fantasy scorer and should get a decent discount next season. The big question is will he be able to play next season.Lock him in to your backline if priced right.

If he gets his body right, insta lock. Will be dirt cheap too.

The clipped wing is a worry, hopefully he can get back on the park but not fantasy relevant.

Another LF love child

Veteran defender Beau Waters is another unknown. The 2012 All Australian has not played since July 2013 due to multiple shoulder surgeries.

He has completed all of the pre-season training to date although the Eagles are still yet to test him out with full contact work.

Simpson said the tough defender did not have to prove himself in any way, although he was still unsure how Waters shoulder would stand up to physical contact.

I dont need to see him go full contact  Simpson said.

We have pulled him out of the right drills at the right time and we'll put him in those drills as late as we can.

I dont think he needs to prove himself with how he attacks the ball or the player with the ball, so I want to give him every chance to play.

We will not know until the real heat of the battle. I think we're going to wait a few weeks before we test it out.

Everything depends on that wing, will it stand up to full contact work. We'll find out soon enough. :-\
Far to butt ugly to make my team though.  :P
