Stadium

The Bengali Lions will play their home games at the Sher-e-Bangla Mirpur Stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 42,000, however it is being upgraded to hold up to 100,000 fans.

New Beginnings

In a back-street of Dhaka, a new team has been born. The team, to be known as the Lions, will be sponsored by the Dhaka Bank, as well as Google, while they have hired KooGa to make the playing strips. More importantly, the club has signed star player, Matt Priddis, to lead the club in the 2015 campaign. Priddis, who won the Brownlow Medal in 2014, at former club, the West Coast Eagles will captain the side for the 2015 season.
