Heard on the JR podcast about a new ruck rule.
Last year hit outs to advantage were 3 points and there's an increase in the apparently for 2015. There's also supposed to be negative points to hit outs to disadvantage.
Nicnat probably a lock because of this and Sandilands possibly relevant again!
Love to hear your thoughts and if there's away if we can see those different hit out stats!

Leuy and Kreuzberg were more known for there around the ground possessions and marking. Not as prolific with the hit outs as sandi, nicnat, Jacobs etc.. Still not bad though.

JS got to look to the hit outs more now rather than the possessions. Really want to find those stats though!!!

From 2012. However it's a handy insight in to how top rucks' games are structured.

You can get hit outs from the Advanced AFL stats page but does not break it down to HO to advantage so not sure whether there is a free site with those stats.
