Hill is still in the class of not there yet and may never will be.He did have a fairly decent fantasy year and I followed him all year due to picking him up in SC Draft team.Don't think you can pick him in SC but would be fine for draft teams and XV comps.

Will have his first 100+ season this year but still not enough to warrant a starting mid position...

He's a gun, love watching him play. Would go 105+ no worries without a tag. But unfortunately, even if he's not their #1 mid, a hard tag clearly affects him, so it'll keep going to him. Would look at him strongly in a draft league
