Profile

Whiley didn't get a lot of opportunities with GWS and when he did he was used predominantly as a tagger which kept his scoring well down. Like Anthony Miles before him, Mark was an absolute ball magnet at NEAFL level and will be hoping for a chance to shine at Carlton. Hopefully they decide not to use him as a run with player because his best chance at being fantasy relevant is if he's given the freedom to play his own game. He'll be a low midpricer in 2015 and could be a potential M5/M6 selection but you'd want to ensure his job security and role are favourable before committing that kind of money.

Pros - Capable of gathering a ton of possessions, fresh start could do him good

Cons - Could be used as a tagger/sub, gives away plenty of frees
