Start backwards,  do the rookies upward. Any money left after that and you improve where you can.  Shouldn't be too hard as there are plenty of cheap options up forward. Best of luck.    ???

In all seriousness if you cant set a fwd line this year fix your other lines. So many good cheaper options.

2.5 mil = around 550k for 4 rookies then just go 2 top fwds + 2 of swan tich lycett ect ect or 3 top fwds + a bellchambers.
