Actually surprised to see Berger back really nothing to gain from it

Agree but probably Leppa wants to see how Stef and Berger gel.  Berger named at full forward withg Martin as ruck.  Know at times team sheets mean nothing but probably just seeing how it works with a rotation of the two at FF.  Both have strong hands overhead and sound kicks.

With Cordy dropped, I doubt they'll let Campbell ruck alone against Mummy.

i dunno you would think 1 week left they might just park Berger in the forward line, i mean why risk him in the ruck and covering alot of ground in the last match of the season, if he goes down Leppa will get crucified

I agree col, match-fitness will be an issue but I reckon Leppa put him in to see how he and Martin might 'function' together next season - like a 'dress rehearsal'!  ;)
