top comp needs 5 top teams. finished last 2 years top 200 SC and this year have dropped bottom 5 teams. only teams ranked in top 10,000 required

Looking for a 3rd and final league, not sure what i finished last year but think it was pretty decent, have spent a lot of time on my team this year and looking to play with some big guns  :)
