Do i upgrade this week or next?

Im upgrading Jack Grimes to either James Kelly or Jarrad Mcveigh,
Im leaning to Kelly because he plays in the first week of the split round, just thinking if i dont get Kelly and Mcveigh gets injured etc ill be left high and dry.
Current Backs, JBartel, Swallow, Hanley SMitchell, KSimpson, Grimes, Rook, Rook
