I know I just let you rot on the pine, doing your slow burn. But this week I need your worth ($236K) to make my last upgrade and thanks to Matty Thomas spinning the wheel of fortune at the MRP it needs to be this week, otherwise I will be forced to play Shenton at M8. So in tonning up this week, you (Impey) have me second guessing myself to the point where by my brain is overloading. If you didn't score your 117 this week, I wouldn't hesitate to bounce you outta the team as I have had no use for you.
Question for the guru's ?   Trade Impey this week to McGovern and trade Matty Thomas to.. Callan Ward... or... allow Impey to fatten up this week with his -52 BE and miss McGovern, but hopefully afford Rocky next week. $592K to spend this week.

cheers in advance.

Yeah sounds like you answered ur own  Q. This cow has finally eaten some good grass and is about to fatten,, for me he makes the perfect FWD bench cover,, I'm holding for the season.

I'm hanging onto the Imp because he is finally repaying the faith and making money

Should hit 300k in no time so you have to keep him man. Shenton on field is fine (I have him on field too)

The problem I've got is that I'm overstocked with juicy rooks at F6, F7 and F8 , namely Impey,  Ambrose and Cameron,
all of whom are suddenly pulling in big moolah. I obviously can't have all three hanging around, one of them has to go.  But which one?  Two weeks ago the obvious choice was Impey, but now he's a superstar, although I'm guessing that he very well could revert back to picking up the odd crumb in the back pocket.  Which one should go, if you had the same problem? (my forward line reads: Dang, Parker, Martin, Pav, Zorks).  On the other hand, maybe I should hold all three and play a weekly guessing game
as to which one is going to fire? It could be fun :-\

Just beware that the last 2 games where Impey has done well has been against the saints and Melbourne, would not be at all surprised if he goes back to <50 scores now. Certainly worth holding this week against the swans as a BE of -56 will see him go up some more but you'll see whether or not he's actually hit form or just capitalised on weak opposition...  would hold this week and play Shenton as M8.

Fair point for sure, but it looks like it has been his role that has slightly changed

He was tagging in the back pocket, but over the past fortnight he has been running out of defense, and pushing more up the ground and this is what has increased his output because he is getting much more involved now

Interested to see how he goes this week vs Swans

I have the exact same three, and am only going to cash in on them if I need to as they are good bench cover and probably will be on rotation through F6 for the rest of the year! I have more pressing issues in the midfield and backline, so thankfully the forwards are reasonably healthy!
