Ok... This is going to be my last trade for a while (barring any god forsaken injuries).

Stevie J:
Pros: High ceiling. Cheap as chips.
Cons: Plays Carlton and Freo in his run home. Out of form. Always a chance of a brain fade (especially against Freo).

Goddard:
Pros: Super consistent (one non-injury score below 100). Cheap.
Cons: Could be tagged with Watson out for the rest of the year...? Recently, has a lowish ceiling.

Fyfe:
Pros: Consistent. Highish ceiling. Great run home.
Cons: Possibly injured? 3 lowish scores in a row. Has never scored more than 82 against Saints. Chance of being rested...?

Jack:
Pros: In great form. Won't get tagged. POD.
Cons: A little pricy.

Ward:
Pros: In amazing form. Consistent. Highish ceiling. POD.
Cons: Pricey. Chance to get tagged. Plays for GWS (will be on wrong end of beltings)

Initially, I went straight to Stevie, but the Carlton and Freo games really worry me. Jack and Ward are in the beat form, and are both good PODs, but both leave me with very little cash leftover incase of injuries. Fyfe's form/injury is also a tad worrying, and is putting me off a little. With Ward and Jack- in the form they are in, they are sort of due a bad game, and of course a price drop.

All will average between 115-125 from now on imo, so it's just a matter of who I think will score more (play most games) over the last 11 games....

Fyi, my team is:

Swallow, McVeigh, Malceski, Jaensch, Suckling, Hurn, (Kolodjashnij, Bews)
Ablett, Pendlebury, Kennedy, Beams, Selwood, Sloane, Rockliff, ???, (O'Brien, Acres)
Sandilands, Jacobs, (Thurlow, King)
Gray, Dangerfield, Parker, Martin, Zorko, Pavlich, (Ambrose, Cameron)

Jack, in form and great POD.

Everyone will be jumping on SJ this week or potentially next week as his BE is still very high.

However at Skilled Stadium this week, so could bust out his BE with ease.

Still like chasing players in form, look at Swan, everyone said he was cheap 5 weeks ago, has done nothing since and is even cheaper.

Ward or Stevie J. Or hold and wait for Fyfe, BE 148 so will come down and allows you another week to look at his form. If you take another week then your choice will be Fyfe or SJ, Ward will go up in price this week. SJ should come down a little or possibly go up slightly but will still be very cheap. However Cotchin will probably drop some more this week so if you're dead set going this week then SJ or Ward seem like the best options

Jack is very expensive for his average. Depends how many trades and dollars you have left I guess, you want to get the best possible mid in, the obvious one is Libba. But I back Stevie J to turn it around.

This was the logic that stopped me picking up Jelwood at a similar time last year, his recent form had been poor and he went on to average about 50 baziliion ppg after the byes and I ended up bringing him in for about 100k more than I could have paid for him. Form is temporary, class is permanent.

So no love for Goddard, Ward and Jack in the poll?

Atm I'm thinking Ward is the best option, but am going to leave it until later to decide...

SJ or Fyfe for me, IMO will be the 2 highest averaging players from this group over the rest of the season, and are 2 of the cheapest
