Need some different eyes for trade ideas

Ok so I`m a bit stuck with what trades to do this week in DT as I have quite a few players with low BE`s.
I have only have $24,300 in the bank so would need at least one downgrade.
I only need one mid to complete midfield and will do Polec to one of the round 10 bye players next week.Leaving Ellis and Hallahan on my bench.Ellis is in Eagles best 22 so that is why I would prefer to hold him for now.
My preference in backline is to have a bench with either Lmac or Langford probably Lmac has the better JS out of the 2.
So can anyone see something I`m not other peoples eyes sometimes help.
