who to downgrade in order to upgrade?

im looking to upgrade my forward line....as you may have noticed already, and im thinking in doing this by upgrading merret. he has a low BE of -9. and is predicted to go up 30k. now obviously i would need to downgrade someone in order to get some cash together, im also thinking robertson, but to who? who is a cheap rookie close to or on the bubble?

now... do i hold off this week and wait for merret to go up (probably the smarter option) or do i bring in someone like a morabito who will surely be fit to play sooner rather then later?

any advice on upgrading is much appreciated, even if it is upgrading another line (back,ruck) whatever is offered will be taken on board.
