Yeah I hear that, and the stupid thing is Foxtel is the easiest company to threaten to cancel on and they always give you a big discount for staying on,

Have you done this before? I might give it a go if it works ;)

Been doing it every 6 months for the past 5 or so years.

Call up, threaten to cancel, offer you a 6 months discount, agree to stay, rinse and repeat every 6 months :)

Definitely give it a go we have been doing the same thing the past 12 months, pretty much get our bill cut in half  :)

At the voice recognition thing at the start, just say disconnect

You need to go to the disconnect team to get a deal - the other departments cant hook you up :)
