Looking at my side prob need 1 back prem 1 mid 2 frwds was thinking PARKER this week would have to trade either LANGFORD LANGDON HIGGINS and pick 1 up cheap player as well advice would be great please

Based on B/E I would look at Langdon to Bews or Aylett depending on who is named. Then Higgins to Parker providing Lloyd is named, If Lloyd is not named then Lloyd to Parker think you have enough cash to do that one if need be.  Lloyd has a low B/e and will make cash if named hence the reason for suggesting Higgins who has done his job for you.

Problem with Bews and Aylett is there job security but would get me alot of cash

Bear in mind they will eventually settle at D8 and not be required to play.  Cash generation was reason for suggesting them to allow you to pounce on prems next week.
