Question on Emergencies

I am going to loophole Harvey to get his score as VC by swapping Goddard and putting Pendles on bench as E.  Ive just noticed that I also have an E on Treloar too... now I know it takes the lowest scoring emergency but as Treloar isn't playing at all with it take Pendles score and ignore Treloar's 0?

Edit:  I'm being dumb, Treloar hasn't played so I can just remove the E - but I will leave this question up just to check what would have happened

yeah you will get Pendles

why not just take the E off Treloar anyway?
