Partial Lockout???

Just looking and it says partial lockout for the bombers v pies game, so we can still trade players form all other clubs up until the second game starts on Friday?

My understanding is a partial lockout including the Stk v Bris game(around 5pm ish Friday)
   than full lockout at the start of game 3.(Saturday game)   ...I could be wrong though :)

is it up to the St Kilda vs Brisbane game or after the STK vs Bris game the full lockout is in place
