Why is everyone junping on crouch. Im waiting another see how S.gray goes looked good on the weekend

Have to be his JS, with Wingard back and Monfries 2 weeks away... he might end up getting squeezed out before making some decent $$

felsty

Young and Impey chances of being dropped as opposed to Gray?

For sc gold people
How much more are aish and Ellis expected to make by bye time.
Wanna get crouch for one of these two maybe
Thanks

From what I can tell

Crouch to $251500 before his bye and then $338600 at the end

Ellis - $347100. and $371700

Aish - $336100 and $360800.

Here's the scenarios - 90 average = $300k
                               85 average = $289k
                               80 average = $278k
                               75 average = $267k
                               70 average = $256k
                               65 average = $245k

Opponents are GWS, Western Bulldogs & Melbourne.

Aish at his current average will be on $314k by round 10, his opponents are Rich, St Kilda, Sydney, Ess, Nth.

Jumping on this thread rather than starting a new one, My mid rookies are M.Thomas, Tyson, Polec, Dunstan, Xellis and Aish. I accept Bully's suggestion that Crouch is a good DG option available now and perhaps future options won't be that great, and could make some valuable quick cash... BUT I really can't see who of those is worth trading out to bring him in. Thomas Tyson and Polec I would struggle to let go of because of their scoring ability. Crouch I think is probably about an 80 player, which is great, but I those 3 are all 90+... Dunstan has been up and down but that 140 means his BE is still quite negative and if he pulls out another great game along the way he's got plenty of cash to make. Plus round 10 bye... Aish hasn't blown me away but again the round 10 bye is in his favour and he's doing ok - good for 60-70, with a BE of 25. Xellis has a couple of 90s and a couple of 60s to his name, bit erratic but still a BE of 11...

My current bye structure is 9/7/14, the plan like most was to have lots of players with a round 10 bye and cull them over round 9 and 10 for round 8/9 premos... I could still do this by bringing crouch in and banking some money now for then. I'm leaning towards Aish for Crouch as I don't like the look of 10/6/14 if I trade Ellis, and thing Ellis still has money to mkae. However I bank more money if I trade Ellis. 140k if I trade in Aish, is that really worth it??

Opinions please... Aish, Ellis, Other or hold??

My dilemma too. Aish or Ellis to crouch. Or hold and miss crouch.  ????

Thoughts pleeeeeeeease?

I'm trying to be nice and not choke the boards with another thread...

Aish > Crouch

Crouch will make $125K by his Round 8 bye (and peak around Round 11-12)

Aish will make $60K by his Round 10 bye

Sure you're bringing in one more Round 8 bye player, but....

a) there's no guarantees Aish's 60-odd will be in your Best 18 scores or
b) you won't bring in a non-Round 8 player for someone like M.Thomas or Langdon (if he's in your MID) e.g. Jobe, Libba, Boak, Burgoyne, Redden, Priddis, Fyfe

I've decided I'll hold off, no guarantees Crouch won't be the sub, I'll take players I know are playing over those who may not. He'll probably be in, but I can survive without him. Brandon Jack playing his first game, another possible future option...

Bones Bombers

Brandon Jack? I don't think so.
I've decided Ellis is the one to trade as he gives enough $ to make the upgrade I wanted (TMitch to NRoo) and hopefully Tyson can continue to score well. Initially I wanted to keep Ellis due to his Rd9 bye but Rd10 bye is just as handy.
