Howdy folks.

Can someone, preferably Bulldogs supporters tell me whats the go with Minson?

Wanting to bring him in for Mummy and go against the masses bringing in Jacobs.

Is Minson carrying a groin/back injury?

A couple of people on Bigfooty watched Minson on the weekend and said he didn't jump or bend much.

Please someone ease my mind about big Mino as I was thinking he along with Goldy are the best of the lot left in terms of rucks.

If you have ever watched Minson you would know he cant jump over a candlestick

I am not aware of him carrying any injury.

He wins his contests with his strength and wears down his opponent over the course of a game.

While he rarely goes big he is very consistent and will score between 80 and 130.

He has no 2nd ruckman breathing down his neck - we have only Campbell or Cordy and if either of them play it will be as a key forward.

I don't trust Jacobs at all and hate his round 8 bye.

I like the fact that Minson is pretty durable too and rarely misses games.

And also like you said no second ruck breathing down his neck.  8)

Was thinking of bringing in Minson this week as well, as I don't trust Jacobs either after last year.

Nothing wrong with the big fella, he's playing fine just isnt getting it around the ground as much as he was last year, but were only 4 rounds in, hes a proven consistent scorer! Get on him now while he's cheap! The 60odd he scored rd1 against Cox and Natanui... id almost look at them as whatever ruck is playing them has the equivalent of a midfielder with a crowley/caffer tag on them.
