Luke Dahlhaus is shaping as a possible addition to the Western Bulldogs side this Sunday, with Club medical staff hopeful the small forward will be available to face Carlton.

Restricted to the sidelines with calf soreness last week, Dahlhaus has benefited from the rest and Medical Services Manager Andrew McKenzie said the 21-year-old is every chance to play on Sunday.

"Luke had some calf soreness last week [and] we didn't feel he was right to get up and play," McKenzie said.

"That has settled down quite well over the last few days, we will assess him throughout the week and he should be hopeful to play this week."
