Help with trades appreciated!

Hey guys. My mate is in a cash league and I'm managing his team for him. Any advice on trades?

Current team:

Def: Jaensch, Hanley, McVeigh, Swallow, Suckling, Langdon (Langford, Georgiou)

Mid: Ablett, Swan, Jobe, Beams, Shiels, X Ellis, Polec, Tyson (Cunningham, Michie)

Ruck: Mummy, Sandilands (Currie, Derickx)

Fwd: Danger, Dusty, Wingard, Mitchell, Caddy, Pavlich (Rohan, JKH)

I have $100,338 in the bank.

Thinking that Wingard -> Riewoldt is the best trade at the moment, but would also mean I have to downgrade somewhere.

Any advice will be much appreciated!
