Hi all my biggest worry this week will be if Mcevoy isnt selected or is and doesnt play again. Iwas busy last friday night and missed the news of him being a late withdrawl. Copped a donut for him cause my bench wasnt playing either and still sc0red 2290 without him.

My Rucks are Sandi, Mc evoy  thurlow and King,

Should i hold on Mc evoy and maybe trade a bench out for currie/derricx who will play and at least i have an emergency or do i just straight up trade Mc evoy get mumford or cox and leave it at that?   I was hoping to hold on my trades this week as ive used 4 already.

on the hawks website they say he has had a run on the track and is about the same chance as hodge to play which doesnt give me much to go on. If hes selected and then a late withdrawl again it really puts me in a spot.

Tough one i know. Also the fact that mumfords price will rise no matter what although he is coming up against hid first decent ruckman in minson this week.

Opinions please?

guess my other option is to trade mc evoy for mumford, and get either currie/derricx in for thurlow/king.

Without knowing your whole team or cash in the kitty it's hard to provide an opinion on what you should do.

Look at grabbing Currie if named or any other rookie ruck that is playing and keeping McEvoy. What happens later on down the track if you bring in Mummy and then he misses a game. You need cover in your rucks

What about mcevoy to jacobs if you were to trade big boy of course jacobs looks to be finding his 2012 form and you'll also pocket cash on the trade also. Im just spitballing but its an idea

Injuries aside, everyone will need to cover round 9 particularly. Currie may come in very handy.

Would not touch Jacobs with a 10 ft pole

This. You'll need cover in the byes, plus it provides cash generation for making upgrades at the back end of the season. Would definitely bring in Currie or Derickx this week, probably hold McEvoy if named, and perhaps if you really want to, trade him to Cox if not named? They both play at the same time period, so McEvoy being a late out wouldn't have any effect on being able to bring Cox in or not.

Yep exactly man. The byes are going to be very interesting for those without cover
