Not only did we re-sign Bennell which makes me happy we have re-signed Hill which makes me question wtf they are doing

Two young men who have ventured to the West Coast Eagles via rival clubs will continue their association after signing contract extensions.

Rebounding defender Jamie Bennell and lively half-forward Josh Hill have re-committed to the club and will be a part of the Eagles

Don't understand the hate towards Hill personally

I like him in our forward line, applies great pressure and is very handy

Yeah he might look lazy the odd time, but that's just the way he looks in general although he does act lazy on the odd occasion

Either way I like him in the team :)

When he's on, he's awesome. When he's not, hes infuriating. I think hes just got a very casual style so when it doesn't come off it looks really really bad. Surprised though, I thought he was gonna be trade bait. Not the worst re -signing though :)

Don`t hate him I don`t like the laziness which is exactly the same as Smith.
Both going great guns in the WAFL give them a couple of games in the team and they play ok for the first week then after that they turn into lazy football players

would have been smarter to hold off and have a real crack at yarran i would have thought? Hill is not a player that any opposition is afraid of

wouldn't call it hate exactly, probably more fan frustration - has the potential but doesn't apply himself all the time - needs to run both ways ...
