Watson v Cotchin

I was having this debate myself and have decided on Watson

I've gone both.

I had Watson in there first based on how much Essendon waxed the pill last week which Jobe was all over (partly to beat NM's zone) but I've downgraded Cox to Jacobs and McVeigh to Enright to fit Cotchin in at M5.

Fit both if you can. Watson's scoring isn't as likely to be contained due to a tag.

but points win it. I agree mids are where the cash is but with the free look rnd 1 alot of coaches are able to bulk up their midfield with an extra prem this week and strengthening that F6 pushing Rohan etc to the bench for a midpricer. Keeping the best of the mid rookies which would be atleast 4 or 5 you still have plenty of cash generation there. Im seeing midpricers as having quite important roles in teams for coaches early more than ever before.

i always prioritise getting the best rooks on my midfield and upgrading elsewhere

I finished top 100 a few year ago when u got 20 trades, but i slipped since the new trades because people could be less careful with their picks
