Please help me - Shiels???

I can't stop second guessing myself.  Currently it is:

Backs:
McVeigh, Mitchell, Hanley, Malceski, Pittard, Langford  --  McDonald, Gergiou

Mids:
Ablett, Pendlebury, Rockliff, Shiels, Michie, Polec, Ellis, Dunstan  --  Gleeson, Taylor

Rucks:
Leuenburger, Sandilands  --  Currie, Thurlow

Fwds:
Dangerfield, Roughhead, Hale, Zorko, Wright, Rohan  --  Z. Merrett, Kennedy-Harris

Now the issues are:

Pittard running free stacks up the score - but as we've now seen - that was just for NAB and now he's back to tagging.  So he has to go.  Aiming at Swallow??

I'm scared by all the Hanley tag talk, but I still reckon he will at worst score the same as last year - planning on keeping him.

Before the Hale bashing starts, he's in the side 'cause he will ton up (or close to) each week and he's instant back up if Sandi is injured/rested.

Wright started the game tagging a scored flower all until he was set free.  Will he now be set free from now on or go back to tagging?  That decision can wait until next week.  Much like any decision regarding Rohan.

The question about Shiels (now that both Pittard and Wright had their roles changed from NAB - back to their tagging roles) is will he also go back to tagging?  Please check your crystal balls ....

Right now he's a free trade, so sideway swap for Macrae or K. Stevens or trade down to Aish (who is expected to score the same - based on ... well based on nothing really) and have the money in the bank to pick up Swallow for Pittard?

Also I don't really have much faith in the Essendon rookies.  Any suggestions there would be appreciated.  Bloody split round and most of my rookies were from week 2.  Probably should have dumped them and grabbed playing rookies from wk 1.  Will know better next year.

Bump - I really do need some help with these decisions.

downgrade him to a rookie and upgrade hale and zorko to real premiums

Theoretically Langford will be the #1 tagger while he's in the team and free up Shiels.  Not a good premise to pick him on however.  He could still be used defensively every so often and if Langford is dropped then Shiels' ceiling plummets.

Wright is the #1 tagger at the Crows and it'll stay that way.  Pre-season is never any good for determining roles.

A few ideas for you:
-Shiels -> Tyson so you have some cash to fix up Pittard to Swallow.
-Shiels -> Macrae is a great option if you're after a speculative mid-pricer (wouldn't recommend with this team)
-Hanley -> Webster, Shiels -> Watson followed by Wright -> Higgins (given he performs well), Pittard -> Swallow or Hurn

N Roo for sure and keep Hale if you want to
