Cancer's a horrible thing. 47 is young, gone too soon.

My deepest sympathies go out to his family, friends and colleagues.  :(

Especially when he was only diagnosed with it 4 months ago. Tragedy really, RIP

This was a real shock for me

When I woke up yesterday morning and went onto Herald Sun, the first thing I saw was just the top part of the site, and I saw a big banner with Dean Bailey, and before I even scrolled down I just knew it, and then scrolled down for confirmation. So terrible

Does anyone know how we got the cancer? Did he smoke (I wouldn't think so) or was it just shower luck?

Rest in peace Bails. Feel so much for his family. Mid November their lives are on track, early March their lives are in turmoil. So so sad, and so quick. Not sure ( but wouldn't think so ) about the smoking.
