BACKS - Reid is out. Get rid. Jaensch is a speculative pick. See if he is named..i'd prefer a Cluery or Langford or even Laidler
MIDS - Solid enough. No Beams, looks weird to me. Dal should go alright.. sneaky POD. Vince is a tough one. Not a keeper.
RUCKS - Not a fan of Hale plus no FWD/RUCK swap.
FWDS - No Danger? wow. Chappy won't be a keeper. Won't play more then 15. rest is pretty solid. Not a Wright fan..

need to tinker a bit more mate..

Still no FWD/ RUC swaps. I know Im not utilising the DPP as I have loads of FWDs and BACKs which can play in the MID but I have no DPP MIDs :(

I like it. It's just different enough without seeming different for the sake of being different.

There's not a lot of love out there for Aish (at his price) but I think he has great JS and will score OK.

I'm not going near Higgins - he's bitten me way too many times (He'll probably last the whole season and tear it up just to piss me off again!)

Maybe Thurlow for Derickx??

I've changed my view on DPP players in the mids. I reckon as the season goes on, if other fwds or defs fire up you can simply move your current DPP into the mids and upgrade the fwds and backs. 6 of one ....

I'm not 100% sold on Aish myself. I do agree he does have great JS but the price is a deterrant.

I agree Higgins is a pretty big risk but I hope that equates to a big reward. I had him in my side a few years ago when he came back from injury and I reaped the rewards. I hope he can do it again, if not I hope he play well enough and long enough to generate some cash to then trade.

I made the change you suggested. Being a bomber man myself, Thurlow hasn't stood out but should play till atleast Bellchambers comes back.

This has freed up some cash for me to trade Aish for T.Dyson.

I'm concerned about having both Tysona and Michie in the same team. Both could be shut down against the good teams (and there are a lot of teams good enough to shut down Melbourne)

I finding it hard to decide between the two (tyson vs michie). I would hate it if tyson turns out to be the better cash cow and I've gone for michie. So by having both I wont be missing out.

Yes you make a good point about the stronger sides shutting them both down but I believe over the season (mainly early stages) they should score enough to make some decent cash.

Just my thoughts.
