What justifies a 9/10 + side

Hi everyone,

When looking at teams in this forum and subsequent reviews, Ive became ever more curious as to why most teams are rated in the range of 6-8/10.
We have some players in this forum that ranked in the top 150, 500, 1000 last year etc, yet get a rating of 7-8/10 to start off 2014.

So please inform me, what do ppl need to do to get a 9/10+ rating?
Considering the salary cap to start the year, I think there are some super sides out there!
Or are we just all harsh graders lol ;)

obviously no where because everyone thinks that their own team is the best

My side is 9.9/10 because no one is perfect  ::)

yeah, I dont think there is a 9/10 or more....

for people (used to be me) who rated a lot of teams though, I tried to be careful about being too harsh, but at the same time point out errors. The score was something that was a gut feel
