Mid - G.Ablett, T.Rockliff, T.Cotchin, D.Beams, D.Tyson, V.Michie, J.Polec, X.Ellis (L.Dunstan, M.Crouch)

Ruck - M.Luenberger, A.Sandilands (.F.Thurlow, A.Smith (needed to make cash somewhere)

Fwd - Dangerfield, D.Martin, M.Pavlich, J.Caddy, S.Higgins, G.Rohan  (J.Impy, J.Harris Kennedy)

Everyone is telling me get suckling because of his price but i can't bring myself to bring him into the team with my current line up. Need some advice what to go with cheers!

eaglesman

with that team ... i wouldnt be picking him either ... a nice side

brudski

Cheers eagles that's what i been thinking like the 200k+ cash would be handy but i just like how the back line looks

Grufflez

We both have the exact same teams now... :P

shaker

Just me but I think you have spent to much in your back first 5 and it shows in the mids any money you save in your backs like Suckling would be wise but that's just my opinion

brudski

Haha glad i could help Grufflez :P

Shaker you got a really fair call there the reason why i went cheaper in the MIDS is because i believe that's were the value is this year and for the big cash to be made. I kinda just wanted a DEF to be a set and forget so i can focus on other parts. Supercoach is driving me nuts already and it hasn't even started yet!

You gotta go with your gut and yes you have to make cash but you have to score well to , apart from Mitchell , Mcveigh and maybe Bartell and possibly Hanley backs are backs inconsistent , you have 2 Melbourne and 1 Saint rookie in your mids and I'm pretty sure they are going to cop some fearful beltings this year and there teams will change around a fair bit , just how I look at it but good luck for the season cheers

Pretty sure the bloke he has named Enright is pretty consistent!!!

cortez

And are you also saying Tyson, Michie and Dunstan are bad picks? I think you're talking shower. This is a pretty dam good team and just cause its different to a lot of others around here doesn't mean there are things wrong with it!

Bully

If I was to overlook Suckers this would be the only model I would subscribe to. Out of interest, how much dough do you have left? Georgiou hasn't been elevated which could throw a big spanner in the works.

Vinny

I feel with that squad you have so much riding on Crouch and Georgiou getting named and if they aren't, you have to change heaps. Plus Suckers is 100% must IMO. Refer to the other thread to know why, if you can't find it I'll quote for you.

brudski

You defently have to go with your gut. Bartel wont be a top def come year end and hanley im worried about with brisbanes tough run and how he cant handle a tag he burnt me bad like that last year. Enright and simpson are both pretty consistant the one who has question marks is hurn but i know what he go do so it is worth that punt.

Cheers for the vote of confidence cortez.

Bully i think i got 5k left if georgiou is left out then yeah my plans are out the window but then i could maybe look at the likes of houli or birchall altho birchall im not confident with he burnt me bad last year aswell i had a bad year for defenders.

Vinny i saw your comment in the other thread and i totally agree with ya i had suckers for ages but then worked out this. If crouch and georgiou dont get named then yeah i gotta change things thats probably when i being suckers in and upgrade the other two. I guess less fate decide.

In the end of the day i could be making a big mistake or a great move and at the end of the season ill look back at this post and think why did i do that if it all fails.

Cheers for all the advice guys defently going to have a think about things now!
