Caddy vs Higgins vs Rohan

Currently my forward line consists of: Danger, Martin, Franklin, Parker, Pav, ?, Taylor/Merret/Honeychurch, JKH.

So the question is who should I put as my F6.

IMO caddy will improve but not to premium status were he may be a lock due to his disposal efficiency. So he will be used as a stepping stone. (Ave: 80-90)

Higgins is a risk but may be worth it given he makes the byes as a stepping stone. Only concern is his role, whether it will be effected by Murphy coming back into the side or if not the forward tag. (Ave: 70-85)

Rohan is great in patches but goes missing. Although his js is significant! (Ave: 55-70)

Extra cash will be used to upgrade suckling into a keeper. Cheers in advance

Agree with Vinny here. I have all 3 of Higgins, Caddy, and Rohan.
And yeah, those rookies probably won't get named round 1, whereas Impey looks like a certain starter almost.

I have all 3 also.

Assuming they all play all games, no vests, no injuries etc  then I see the value as

1. Higgins - has a similar ceiling as Caddy but $75k cheaper

2. Caddy - probably similar value to Rohan as far as price rise

3. Rohan - see above - but will not score highly

now just add in the risk factor.

MIDS: Ablett, Watson, Murphy, Beams, Daisy, Tyson, Polec, Michie (Dunston, Crouch)
RUCKS: Pyke, Sandi (Thurlow, Derickx)
FWS: Danger, Martin, Franklin, Parker, Pav, Caddy (JKH, Impey)

Cash left: 4,500

Now all of youse are saying all 3 of these blokes but i dont want more than 1 mid-pricer in each line. So i want to upgrade Suckling and downgrade who exactly? propably from the fwd line? Thanks

I would downgrade Franklin or Parker to Higgins then upgrade Suckling to a premo defender like Enright

Yeah your defense is pretty sparse there mate, Mitchell the only bankable top defender in that lot, Hurn a great pickup at that price but I have him at D4... If you're going to go light in a line I think it's best to pick low pricers (<250k) who should generate cash for later upgrades, rather than a pile of 400-500k players who will do well but unlikely to be top 10-15, they end up hampering you long term even if you might get off to a good start...

Yeah I have all 3, and Caddy at F4. While forwards may seem a bit weaker, it means I'm fielding 4 keeper defenders + suckling, and don't have 2 mid-pricers in the ruck either
