5th Attempt - Different Strategy - Feedback Please

After toying with about 5 different strategies i think i have decided. I am going with a very heavy rookie midfield and hopefully a set and forget FWD/DEF apart from really under performing players and injuries with the only risks Webster in defense and to a lesser extent wright in the fwd line.  I worked out I will need to upgrade 11-13 rookies by seasons end depending on form. If it is 11 and i used a trade for a downgrade and a trade for an upgrade that will leave me 8 trades for injuries or under performing premiums.

Let me know what you think. Also I know at this stage im going to be hit pretty hard in the first and 3rd week of the byes.

I have $14 700 remaining. Also I know rioli is suspended round one.

Really like the team simply because it's different! Almost everyone has the same team as every other Supercoacher.

Really big concern in the Mid. This is what I'd suggest:
Downgrade Webster to a Rookie and bring McDonald on the field. Downgrade one of C.Enright/N.Malceski to Suckling. This whole process should get you about 300k.
M.Wright to Caddy or Dahlhaus to Higgins could save you lots of $$.
With all that cash, see if you can get Ablett in for Martin, Ablett is a must! And Martin hasn't performed too well in the NAB Challenge. It's a pretty unique team though.
