Heavy(ier) MID Line Up for Something Different

Ok so only going for league wins (not overall) and think with the lack of solid DEF/FWD rookies the best bet with these lines is to go with more mid-pricers until the leaders for this season emerge.

It also allows me to go for a heavier MID line up which will hopefully allow me to get a few wins under my belt

$6k left

Thoughts? Too heavy in the MID?

Too many mid pricers for my liking.. a little risky

timtim

That's the whole idea :)

Starting a heavier MID will hopefully offset the risk I'm taking with the extra mid-pricers. I see Caddy as being a keeper (M9 or F7 comes seasons end) so I'm really taking in 5 mid-priced players vs the 3-4 that most people seem to be carrying

If they each can average 70 points per game I'll make $600k when I downgrade them.... and there seems to be some good downgrade options on the horizon (i.e. Taylor, Kersten, HoneyChurch, Fuller, Scharenberg, KK... maybe even Garlett and Beams in the longer run)

Not going for overall. Just league wins. Hoping a stronger MID will help me get a couple of quick wins under the belt which puts less pressure on having to trade later in the season

But hey this may all change again come Friday. Will make the call then

i like it, and i like the idea of it.
a few things i'd change but it'd be the same idea.

Jobe to Rocky (as i think Rocky will kill it this year) similar points
Bennedy to Kersten (as you already have an F6 in Rohan and cover in JKH) similar points
Daniher to Wright (Douglas going down will release him) wright 80-90.

more overall points IMO.
all your middy's will score well, use em as steppingstones or a few keepers as bench covers.

Good point about Douglas going down... everyone is focused on this opening the door for crouch, but it might definitely free Wright up...
