Defender options?

Okay,
I've been throwing options around in my head for a while now.
My current team atm is:

Def - McVeigh, Mitchell, Hibberd, Simpson, Suckling, McDonald (Clurey, Georgiou)
Mid - GAJ, Pendles, Cotchin, D Beams, C Beams, Michie, Polec, Ellis (Dunstan, Crouch)
Ruck - Pyke, Sandi (Derickx, King)
Fwd - Danger, Dixon, Franklin, Pav, Fasolo, Blease (Rohan, JKH)

(im toying with the idea of having Thurlow as my r4 with the dpp to cover pyke and sandi. or wether I have king for the captain loophole)

so to the defense question,
I really like the idea of having Swallow or Terlich which gives me 110k to spend elsewhere!

I honestly think Terlich can rack up a 95- 100 avg! the guy racks up so much ball from defense and his DE is unreal! and opposition teams wont pay close attention to him.

On the other hand theres Swallow. I guess the only question here is, will he play more time in the midfield?! I don t think so.
but I still think he can avg 90+

Or do I stick with the 4th premium and only have 17.5k to spend elsewhere?

Cotch > Jobe (better bye)
Pyke > Premo Ruck
Dixon > Roughy or Nroo

Any of those options perhaps

I actually thought about Terlich myself, but Lynden Dunn is one also to look into if you want a POD who could increase his average to premium defender status

yea interesting about Dunn. I've considered that aswell, but i reckon terlich really could take his game above and beyond.
think I might keep simpson in and leave out hibberd until after his bye

Ive had Hibberd locked all preseason but just took him out myself after doing his hammy, and now being one of the named ASADA players I think its best to stay away from him

Yeah Dunn is playing a very SC friendly role now - I havnt got the stones to pick him, but would surprise me if he took his average up another 10 or so points per game this year
