this is my 1st crack at putting in place a full team. i have 63,600 in the bank

yeah my choice of mcIntosh could be a questionable one.

NOTE: rookies are not in position correctly as if i was going into round 1 now.

decent team but you said be harsh so I will. Cotchin is with out a doubt a gun the only reason people aren't picking him is because of the bye so just be wary. Hanely along with Brisbane have a tough season as they are versing a lot of strong teams which may affect his scores. im telling you now downgrade Murphy to Thomas as Thomas will average more coming from a die hard blues supporter ;) with the money you could get another decent forward say someone like Higgins rather than Impey. Rusks are a risk but I am strongly considering them.

all I can really say is downgrade Murphy to Daisy and youll 200k in the bank for upgrading Impey to Caddy for example but just do the downgrade and do what you want with the cash.

Cheers Anthony yeah I originally had daisy but I got on board daisy last year as a bargain and yet let me down by getting injured and just scared same thing will happen.. But am still heavily considering your advice! Thanks man and will rate your team now!

4 premo mids with the round 8 bye stands out as a major problem- may have to evaluate whether to swap Cotchin for a premo with the round 9/10 bye

Other major concern is Hmac/Sandi in ruck- Hmac needs to become a premo IMO

Agree with anthonyy about Daisy over Murph- use the cash to upgrade rucks.

Agree with greco about Dunstan is a lock- should replace Gartlett who will not play round one.

Should upgrade L.Taylor to a Higgins/Lamb- Taylor will not play round one and you would have more forward depth

He played last night. came on as a sub in Q2- did not have a lot of game time and 15 disposals for 53 SC points. 

He will play round one if he stays fit and has to be considered. Is my F5 at the moment. Probably play across half forward with Giansiracusa likely to be used as the sub.

Unsure why you would think murphy will have another down year???? Last 5 year averages are 112,111,118, 112, 92 compared to daisy's 74,94,109,96,79. Murphy's injuries aren't of a concern compared to daisy's. Backs: Scott thompson not for me, prefer enright, mcveigh. Swallow NO
Mids: get murph back in, supercoach royalty, dont listen to the supporters, other than that its identical with mine bar dunstan-michie
Rucks: maybe downgrade swallow to rookie (langford) upgrade lobbe to premo
Fwds: solid, few risks but i like it. Bock probably wont play early on so downgrade to lloyd (rich) or merrett (ess).
