$26,200 in bank

NAB CUP WILL PREDICT WHICH RISKY PLAYERS STAY!!

Ewoks

Not sure about starting pendles and ablett thats a huge chunk of the salary cap right there and they arent going to increase in price

M.Crouch the kids a gun BUT I cant see how he would slot into the adelaide midfield with Danger, Thompson, Sloane, Grigg, McKay, Douglas, Van Berlo his brother seems to be quite a few in front of him atm

Kersten don't know much a out him but I cant see him getting  much of look in at the cats maybe  look at Fasolo

Mitchell to backs Bartel -> Cotchin  + $500 or Mitchell -> Cotchin - $10,000
Chappy -> Pav  + $26,900 or Chappy -> Zorko + $17,200
S.Selwood -> Murphy + $61,500

I think both your defence and forwards look weak and a lot of downgrades need to be done with Pendles + Ablett both chosen. I'd change S.Selwood ----> M.Murphy and either N.Bock/G.Rohan to a rookie e.g JKH. You've taken some risk with Ellis and Thomas but if their bodies hold up and they recapture some of their form, they can be massive picks.

p.s not a huge fan of mumford and I'd probably go Mcevoy or NicNat

DEF: Mitchell needs to be in Defence IMO swap him with Bartel.

MID: As per Adam Simpson earlier in the week- S.Selwood likely to be playing a more defensive role in 2014- massive risk as a 550k premium. You should consider M.Murphy at 498k to replace him. Then Upgrade Bartel to a premium of your choice who has the round 10 bye- Rocky/Watson seem to be the best 2 options here.

For balance you should downgrade Thomas to a rookie- Michie and Dunstan look locks to play round one so one of these here.

Rucks: Would prefer Nic Nat over Mumford but both are risks- Sandi a lock at his price.

Fwds: As an Essendon supporter I think Chappy will be wearing either the Green or Red vest in most matches this year if not all of them. Think he is an absolute no go. Look at Pav/Gunston at similar price or Martin/Dixon if you want to spend more.

Mitch Clark is a risk as he is yet to be training with the main group at Melbourne- Jed Lamb at a similar price a better option. Provided Bock and Rohan get through the NAB challenge they would appear to be excellent value picks. However structually it would be better if you could pick only 2 of these and have 4 premos forward.

According to Chris Scott on the "ask the coach" on twitter through the AFL during the week it seems Kersten is a lock for round one- just watch the NAB challenge to see if your rookies are the way to go.

SSelwood has a great opening first 4 rounds will make you money.

Kerstan was ment to debut in  2013 just missed out and will get alot more games in 2014 to help recreate the forward options for geelong.

IMO the huge chunk of $$$ put into pendles and ablett it is to much its one or the other for the first few/6 rounds.

Mumford looked abit large last year which really made pike a standout. hopefully GWS have got him running lap after lap.

Paul Chapman will be managed this year but will avg the 100+ easily.

I like the option of mitchell in the mid with DPP, im considering this option as well so i can move him into defense later on.

Check to see if Clarke is set to go round one if so great price for him

Good luck for the year :)

He only makes you money, if you sell him...   which is unlikely.
