LOL I didn't need Essendon or even Chappy himself to tell me that he wouldn't play close to a full season and that he'd be managed.
Because i am one smart cookie  8)

Was always going to happen but im glad they just came out and said it. Will keep the temptation away if he happens to start the season like a house on fire

I think I'd still stay away even if he didn't want to be rested. Chappy's a weapon but one fragile man these days.

I was never going near him, he's always a chance to be rested. He could still make some cash, as long as he plays early.

Could be relevant later in the year if you're hit with injuries and Essendon need to win games to stay in/make the 8.
