Hey buddy, here's my thoughts:

DEF: Get rid of Shaw, get McVeigh, you've gone way too cheap here, 3 rookies on field, reduce that to 1.
MID: It's great, but this is where you'll need to shed some cash to fix your DEF, probably axe Pendles/Watson and get a rookie
RUCK: Standard, so good
FWD: Good.

6/10 Your DEF is seriously shallow so you need to address that. Best of luck mate.

Suckling is a must have. Maybe shed a premo mid and top up your def.

The problem with 3 rooks down back is there is a very good chance you will cop 1-2 donuts in that line. I don't see too many defender rooks who should get regular game time. Mids far more likely candidates. You have a very strong midfield but in comparison to most teams you've got only 1 extra mid prem but 2 more defender rooks. So Cotchin/Watson vs a mid rook might see you 50-60 points up. A donut in defense quickly erodes that.

If we played head to head, I would have Rockliff, S.Mitchell, Hanley, Suckling + a mid rook (currently D.Tyson) vs Watson, Cotchin, Hurn, K.Kolo, + Fuller. I would back my guys to win that exchange.

Lobbe/Sandi is too much risk for me. Sandi worth it for price but if you're going that way I feel like he has to be accompanied by a proven gun rather than a breakout contender.

You'll get a bunch of criticism for saying Hurn > Swallow. Personally I would rather neither...

@GCSkiwi great feedback man! when i look at it the way you say it makes sense... the fact that beams is so cheap makes up for the fact that you dont need both watson/cotchin and one can go and money can be spent on defender! and i also see where u come from in te rucks... i dont think im going to go sandi even though hes so cheap as if he does get injured before a big pay rise there wont be much to trade to directly without burning 2 trades and losing a cash cow rookie early on.
