If you happy with your team  the bye set up looks ok as you do not want to be trading round 8 you can also adjust in the season but you may be able to save a trade or two if you can get it right at the start cheers

I think you have spent too much on rookies. I count 6 expensive rookies there and it means that your defence and mids have suffered as a result.

I would switch out some of the expensive rookies for cheaper ones and bring in a keeper defender and Dale Thomas in your MIDS.

You have spent a lot in your rucks too so I would think about downgrading Nic Nat or Goldy to Sandilands to make enough cash to do your upgrades.

Also, Tex Walker won't play round 1 so swap him for somebody who will play round 1.
