If Taylor Walker doesnt play round 1 which one do i get

LF

Walker won't be ready for round 1
Mitch Clark may not play round 1

Bully

Hawkins if you have the cash or even Bock would be a good option.

Hagebear

Not really sold on either. And stay away from Tex, even if named round 1. Bock if any and use the cash elsewhere.

Why do i stay away from tex
Well if he is ready round 1, he would have a limited pre-season which means it will take a few weeks for his match fitness to get back to him especially after a 10 month break. Also, is likely to be subbed out in the early rounds anyway to be cautious with his knee

Footyrulz

M clark for 3 reasons.

1. He will play every game if not injured.
2. He will never be sub.
3. He has scored 70+ for 4 years.

No risk involved if hes fit. (big if!)

Latest reports from last week are he hasn't even locked in a return date and is in serious doubt for round 1. Agree if he was fit he would be the pick, but I'm staying away now.

Alex Fasolo is particpating in full contact drills, his body is absolutely ripped to the shower house, and he was a ball magnet pre draft.

Mitch Clark played *one* good season as makeshift ruckman, then crashed to earth the following year once he returned to the forward line - the same position Melbourne want to play him in. And he's not in full training.

No contest.

Good points I agree mostly. But if both fit Clark would definetly play every single week and not be sub/subbed whereas Fasolo has to work to do to shore up his JS. He's a good sub too.

Neither may make Rd.1. for different reasons. Maybe watch J Patton, J Lamb, S Higgins as well as your two during the NAB. Would think Lamb and Patton ( if fit ) would have much better JS than the others but can't guess how well they would score. Bugger of a choice to have to make, any chance of changing anything to free up a bit more cash  ?? Cheers.
