As pointed out in another thread by Ricochet, their best scores have been when they are playing together, each had lousy scores when the other wasn't playing. So it follows " why not start with both ? My current midfield at 1609 hrs  ( could change any minute )  is :-
G Ablett,  M Barlow,  N Fyfe,  D Beams,  D Thomas,  J Martin,  D Tyson,  V Michie,  L Dunstan,  L Taylor.

I think it highly likely I would have 4 keepers and plenty of earning potential with reasonable point scoring probability.
If everything goes according to theory, D Beams will go VC and Gazza C in the first round. Cheers and all the best.    ;)

Up to u mate.
If u think both will finish top 8 then go for it.
Most people here will agree they probably won't.
Think fyfe will finish in the top 12 mids and think Barlow mite b in the top 16-20.

Risky but could work.

Barlow will be top 10 and I think Fyfe will too.

Barlow will get you 105-120 every week.
Fyfe will go 150,80,120,100,150. Gun when he plays well.

I think it could work and I would go with your gut, good luck.

I looked into it further Sabretooth Tigers. Not sure how much it actually means but here you go

Their averages when both played:
Barlow: 114.3
Fyfe: 108.6

Both guns and I think both will score well but got a bit burnt by Ross Lyon at the end of the last season just a bit wary this year.

Thanks Rico, probably change things around another 100 or so times before Rd. 1.  Have the skeleton of a team that remains unchanged which leaves me plenty of room to manoeuvre. Many thanks for the info will probably switch back to 1 super prem and a money - maker and sit on 3 to 600 k. Cheers.    ;)
                           P.S.
Put in S Selwood and M Murphy keeping $183 k   for insurance. Just got a call from TAB, won their monthly 80,000 reward points which converts back to a $200.00 betting credit. Hope that sort of luck carries over in SC. Cheers.    ;) ;)

Hey don't steal my idea ;D Nah go for it I can't decide either. Started with Fyfe in '13 who although is a star he is affected by tags especially his DE. Hoped for better (had Priddis on field during finals who outscored him and Jack) and he may deliver this season. Traded in Barlow ASAP and never looked back. He rarely gets tagged and although maybe not as talented as Fyfe he gets ALOT of the pill. If Fyfe just cleaned his disposal up he could go CRAZY

If his disposal improves during NAB, lock.  Very, very interested in Harley Bennell this year. Only wish he wasn't a round 8 bye, but gee I'm bloody tempted. He's my X Factor for 2014 and I'm almost certain he'll start for me. Cheers and best of luck.    ;)
