#15 Nick Dal Santo - North Melbourne Kangaroos

Requested by Rowy

Name: Nick Dal Santo
Age: 29 years, 8 months
Team: North Melbourne
Position: Midfield
Bye: Round 8

2013 Low: 39
2013 High: 159
2013 Average: 97.5
2013 Pre-Bye Average: 87.4
2013 Post-Bye Average: 107.5

Fanplanner Price: $521,600

Predicted average: 95-100ppg

Verdict: New team for Nicky Dal in 2014, I think he'll fit in really well at North, not enough for me o start him but if i was going to take a punt on someone in his price range he'd be fairly high on the list. Keep in mind the last time Nicky Dal was in a top 8 team he averaged 119ppg. I find it hard to see him getting close to that in an improving young midfield where Bastinac, Ziebell and Cunnington should all be upping their average. I can see Dal Santo averaging anywhere between 90 and 110, would be a very nice POD if he could average 110.

Dayze

I reckon he will go 105, but could very well b ten points under that. I wont b taking the risk but i can see the appeal of him.
Should b a handy pick up for the Roos.
Good write up on an interesting player in a team on the rise.

TeeJay

Played just about every game in the second half of the season at half back. Chance for dpp?

If Swallow is out for the start of the season he or Harvey could cop the main tag and has shown his scores are well down when this happens pass .

doubtful but I only look at the fanfooty news articles where you can't really gauge where he played.

Rowy

Thanks for the profile specky, I believe he may bounce abck this season in a team that should improve greatly. Hope he doesn't get tagged.

Yeah I remember him making the move their around the same time as his scores increased. Hopefully they are generous about it but probably not

Jroo

Too inconsistent for me, I won't be going near him. Nice work Speck.

Ricochet

Would love to see his scores in a winning side compared to those in a losing side. Can easily see him going 100+ again at the Kangas

My thoughts exactly, I'll be taking him under heavy consideration.

Capper

Nice write up speck.

Didnt realise how well Nicky Dal actually scored last year with an ave of 97. He started slowly and then had 11 scores of 90+ in the last 13 games.

I think with his addition to the team it might free up Wells from the tag as well

Wow nice, thanks mate. If you factor in his age and at a new club I can still see him going 100-105

Pity Swallow isnt starting, means he will be tagged in opening 1/3 of season.  After that wont be tagged as much in a strengthening midfield.

Fresh start at NM who will challenge top 4.
Good price.
Good unique, but unfortunate round 8 bye.

105-110
