Missy Higgins ha ha. Someone please talk me out of this. At just over 200k he may be worth the punt. If he can put together 7 or 8 games early, he could make some serious coin.

Like the backline, if goddard isnt named defense can have mcveigh or walker, like thd seedsman pick, unique but the kid can seriously play and should see a lot more gametime on thd halfback or wing with shaw and daisy leaving those spots. Mids are strong, lot of people going with libba, just not sold on him just yet though. Rucks will have to watch for fitness both these guys so may need cash to upgrade if one doesnt come up. Forwards good, though could probably save some money here by getting rid of chappy or higgins.

Will monitor Hmacs pre season as Geelong are screaming out for a quality ruckman and Hmac is the answer if he can stay fit.
Mcveigh will come into the backline if Goddard is no longer listed as a defender.
Not happy with Higgins so at this stage I have gone Higgins to Fasolo and Birchall to Hodge.

Team could kick some serious butt but doubt it will fit in salary cap.

Like the structure across the lines. Backline solid. Everyone seems to be on Suckling but there is a bit of doubt for me.

Not sold on Murphy until he can handle being tagged better. Otherwise great mids. Libba for me will be a must when Boyd retires but not quite sold on him yet.

Like the rucks a bit unique although too many people are jumping on Sandilands haha. McIntosh's only worry is injury. If fit thern will be a top SC ruck playing for the Cats.

Not convinced Chappy will get enough mid time as yet. We need a good small forward as Davey is inconsistent and Jetta past it. Still he is a gun. I'm going for Motlop about the same price I think. Not sure Stokes will repeat his form early last year -  that's about his only great year fantasy wise I think. But he might! Buddy worth a punt but I can't fit him in.

Not too crash hot on Seedsman but nice structure. 8/10

MID:
Could do with 1 more uber reliable premium. Liba could keep going or crash. 7/10

RUC:
Risky, but could pay off. I would be surprised if McIntosh played round 1. 8/10

Stay away from chappy. Too old. But like the look of the rest. 8/10

Backline - Good
Mids - Good
Ruck - I'd prefer to have just one of HMac/Sandy, and then have someone like Goldy/Minson/Leuey, but could work out well
Forwards - A bit loaded IMO, could maybe drop chappy for a rookie, and either upgrade one of your rucks, or just pocket the cash.

Not too bad overall, probably an 8/10

I agree with everyone GL said, I think you should those moves he suggested too. About pocketing cash, I think if you are going for league it is a good idea to have some cash in hand. But going for overall I think you should spend most of it and put out the possibl highest scoring team for Round 1.

The reason why I said to pocket the cash, is because I reckon we could be spending up to an extra 100k once prices are finalised, as the teams I'm seeing (and that I've been able to make) just seems way OP, haha. Would definitely want to use some of it to upgrade rucks in this case though, but there isn't much you can do apart from that without making further downgrades.

Yeah that's true, I think most of the discounts are quite off. VS are all flogs and will try make our SC life as difficult as possible.
I also don't think Rocky will keep DPP and some reckon NicNat will be ruck only. So I am sure our teams will be extremel different round one, haha. Enjoy the amazing OP team until SC opens ;)
