This is based on my feeling that Gibbs,Goddard,Hanley and others won't get DPP.

BARTEL,SHAW,HIBBERD,S.Shaw,Bock,Rookie  (Rookie,Rookie)

GAJ,PENDLES,SELWOOD,KENNEDY,PRIDDIS,THOMAS,Rookie,Rookie  (Rookie,Rookie)

SANDILANDS,GRUNDY  (Rookie,Rookie)

WALKER,MARTIN,PAVLICH,Motlop,Rohan,Varcoe  (Rookie,Rookie) 2,200 K left

Plenty of risk and possible uniques. As usual I've gone light in the backs cos there's less points there. This team didn't take me long and hopefully won't change much except for rookies. Gut feelings are usually right and that's what many picks are based on. Feel free to argue any!

MOTLOP will break out just a matter of when.
SANDILANDS is a bargain and look at his avg in the finals hopefully unique.
PRIDDIS always semi unique.
KENNEDY a bargain and many will drop off him.
PAV a superstar - baragain.
GRUNDY took Jollys job and has leap frogged Wood and Witts. No1 ruck in a top club heaps of talent and will only get better. Essentially I get him and Sandilands for the price of 1.
SHAW is another that many overlook. He will own that backline. Unknown at a new club but a calculated risk.
HIBBERD played well ALL year 2013 even when the rest of the team(besides Watson) went to crap. A gun.
THOMAS will be in most teams and hopefully becomes top forward. Gives me DPP.
ROHAN,VARCOE,BOCK,S,Shaw all bargains and will be popular.

Not sure on the backline...I don't expect Goddard and Gibbs to retain DPP as you said, but think Hanley might keep it. So maybe Hanley over Shaw, but Shaw could do amazingly well at GWS (or really really bad, it's a pretty big risk that could pay off). Also don't really like S Shaw and Bock both there, maybe bring in Suckling and a rookie.
Would prefer Daisy in the fwd line, as you're losing points otherwise. Mid rookie will avg more than a fwd rookie 9 times out of 10.
JPK is a unique pick this year definitely, but not sure he'll get back to that 2012 form, as the Swans midfield has a number of people to steal points (Jack, Hanners, TMitch, etc)

Not too bad overall, definitely unique, perhaps a bit too much? Would probably give it a 7/10, with the potential for 9+/10

Cheers for the reply. If Hanley is DPP then I'd have him but over Hibberd not Shaw. I'm backing Heater to go well.
Daisy is there for DPP at this stage. If there is a mid/fwd rookie then he will go forward. He's pretty hard to leave out at that price either way.
I reckon Jack has started to be more a target for taggers and this will allow Kennedy a little more freedom to get back to form.
