Was thinking of bringing Stevie J for Mundy when I suffered from a thought. If I put Kmart on the field and have Mitchell as emerg and Mundy on the bench then I have up to Sunday to replace Mundy or fix any other unforeseen problems that might occur. Was thinking of going to Sidebottom if I go this way. Have 60k in the bank and playing against a super-smarta---- in what is now my main league.  Cheers for all, and best of luck to everybody, still alive I'm in 4 leagues but never won a GF yet.    ??? :) ;)

Yeah you could loophole Mitchell and see how he goes but no Jelwood/Stevie J at this point is pretty dicey... Selwood might be too pricey for you but you can't lose bringing in SJ. Even if Mitchell goes really well, surely you'll have a few M/F options to play with in the forward line?

Rocky, Bartel and Zorko up forward. Was thinking more along the lines of the possibility of someone major being a late withdrawal and have multiple choice options of replacement. Thanks for the input GCS and all the very best if you're still going.    ;)

Yeah with that forward line I would definitely bring in SJ, loophole Mitchell so basically you have the choice of Mitchell or Zorko to replace Mundy, and have Stevie J in the forwards.

You coul wait for later to bring in someone like Sidey, I'd be worried at how well sidey will go with Beams back in again... When Pendles, Swan, Beams and Sidey are all playing 3 of them typically go really well, and one of them not so much.

I'm in the office GF - hopefully being in four you'll have your first taste of success!

During the 1st 22 rounds Sabre has what it takes, then come rd. 23 each season and the wheels fall off.  Have been 2nd 13 times in 13 Grand Finals, I'd be a certain bet for any quinella. At this stage will leave Mundy in with Mitchell as res, just in case he kills it. Was looking at Sidey not because of the Pendles, Swan, Beams and Sidey combo but because of Ball being out may give Sidey more time on the ball. Cheers and all the best.    ;)

Fremantle play the early Saturday game meaning if you're going to trade out Mundy you can't wait until Sunday.

You can still loophole Mitchell tonight though.

 :( Yes I know and it means doing the trade a day before the game. Of course if Mitchell scores 100 +  tonight it all fades in to irrelevance. Stevie J  or Sidey ??  In all honesty I am totally 50/50 and reckon the decision will probably be made about 10 to 15 mins before the Freo bounce. Cheers and all the best.    ;)
